Dr. Eric Cervini is an award-winning author, producer, and historian of LGBTQ+ politics. His first book, The Deviant’s War: The Homosexual vs. the United States of America, was a New York Times bestseller and a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize. It is currently in development as an Amazon Limited Series, with Tony-winning playwright Matthew López (“The Inheritance”) adapting.

Cervini is also the creator and Executive Producer of The Book of Queer, a comedic and music-filled docuseries about queer history, which premiered on Discovery+ in June 2022.
